DealFlow.com is Mecene Investment’s response to the gap between the high demand for Equity from Socially Responsible firms in Africa and the flow of investment toward the continent.

Our objective is to increase the flow of Social Capital into Africa by assisting Entrepreneurs in structuring offerings and providing the international and local investors with the key information regarding the investment opportunities.

We believe that with access to professional advise, many African Socially responsible Small and Medium Enterprises could qualify for Equity and Debt investment from international and local investors.

The mission of Dealflow.com is to assist the African Entrepreneurs in the analysis and structuring of debt and Equity offers.

mecene-dealflow MODEL

Mecene Investment identifies Socially Responsible SMEs in Africa that are seeking equity and/or debt injections. Mecene will conduct a preliminary due diligence with the assistance of a network of partners. Following the initial due diligence, the advisory team will assist the entrepreneurs in the structuring of the offer including the valuation of the firm and the pricing of the offer.

A summary investment memorandum is then prepared and posted on the Dealflow website and sent to registered investors. Interested investors will then contact Mecene Investment in order to receive the full Information Memorandum and schedule a due diligence.
